Richards Memorial Library lines up February children’s events

Storytime/Play Group: Meets every Wednesday, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. for ages infant-5 years old.

Tune in Together: Join Ms. Julie for a children’s music and movement class on Friday, Feb. 10 from 11 a.m.-noon.

Library Stop or Hop Game: Pick up a game board at the library or download it from the Richards Memorial Library Facebook page. Visit area libraries from Feb. 21-25 to get stamps on the board; fill in a row or the entire board for a chance to win a prize.

Chuck and Mud Concert: Take in some tunes on Tuesday, Feb. 2, from 6-6:30 p.m.

Poetry Night: Come out for snacks drinks and poetry and this program, appropriate for ages 13 and up, on Tuesday, Feb. 2, from 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Hawaiian Beach Party: Aloha! This party on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 6-7 p.m. is appropriate for kids ages 7 and up and will feature a limbo game, mango battle, flip flop flipping, coconut roll, hula hoop contest, chair volleyball, crafts and snacks.
